Política de reembolso

Our normal returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

In the first instance please contact us by email to notify us of your wish to return an item and we will issue you with a returns reference number. Without this we will not be able to accept your return. Please ensure you include this reference number with your returned item.

Please check your goods on receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same pristine condition that you received it. All tags must still be attached. Before trying any item on please make sure you are not wearing make-up, perfume, deodorant or anything which might damage the goods. Only goods in pristine condition with no signs of being worn, washed or damaged may be returned. If possible items should be returned in the original packaging and all tags or labels must still be attached. If any label has been removed we will not be able to accept the return. All items will be thoroughly inspected on return and must be in a saleable condition. Acceptance is at the discretion of Sedici. 

The refund will be only for the value of the items returned and will not include any postage costs. Sedici is not liable for the cost of returning items and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and that you obtain a proof of posting or tracking, particularly for items of higher value.  If any discount was applied to your original order any items returned will be refunded at the price actually paid. Make sure you include your returns reference number with the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so please ensure you include this. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus any postage paid by you or Sedici, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sedici.seaford@gmail.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sedici.seaford@gmail.com and send your item to: 16 Church Street, Seaford, BN25 1HG, United Kingdom.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
